CERTIFICATES in ENTREPRENEURIAL STUDIES

  • Do you dream of starting your own business?
  • Are you already an entrepreneur, but desire to obtain the skills and knowledge your need to grow a small business?
  • If your goal is to work for a large corporation, do you still seek to develop the "entrepreneurial mindset" that every professional needs to succeed in today's rapidly changing global workplace?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then consider enrolling in a Stillman School of Business Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies program.

The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, through the Department of Management, offers two Certificate programs: The Undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies and the Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies.  Both are 12-credit programs, comprised of four, three-credit courses.

The goal of both programs is to provide our students with entrepreneurial education theory along with practical, hands-on knowledge. Students learn how to write feasibility studies and business plans, learn how to find sources of funding, visit successful entrepreneurs and interview them, and much more. Courses include field trips and guest lectures by entrepreneurs.
